Zhang Shiping (traditional Chinese: 張世平; simplified Chinese: 张世平) was one of two big-time merchants from Zhongshan. The novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms stated in Chapter 1 that he and Su Shuang supplied Liu Bei, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei with horses, money, and steel for making weapons. Liu Bei's forces were preparing to fight against the Yellow Turban Rebels at the time.
