What does it mean? It's not circular, just a basic redirect from birth name to stage name article Alfio. Or do you mean that Alfio Bonanno was somehow mistakenly created as a "#REDIRECT Alfio Bonanno"? I have hopefully resolved this one, by creating a disambiguating page Frequency response function, and also I have made the redirect from the capitalized term as requested, Frequency Response Function. I am not an expert on the subject, so please do feel free to improve the comments I have put. I don't think that any further clarification about the possible future merger of Frequency response and Full frequency response is required, because if that does occur, then the latter will redirect to the former anyway. I have tried to follow the guidelines in Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages) and other guides. I am closing the request here as 'declined' purely because, technically, a redirect has not been created.
