Theos may refer to:
- Theos (θεός) is the Greek word for "deity, god"; see god (word), names of God.
- Theos is a UK public theology think tank.
- THEOS is an earth observing satellite launched in 2008 by Thailand.
- THEOS is a computer operating system.
- Theos is an underground fraternity at the University of Pennsylvania created in 2000 by members previously belonging to the Theta chapter of Sigma Alpha Mu. Its first president was Brian Jerome Marks. It continues to be a thriving social organization despite not being officially recognized as a fraternity.
