| This WikiProject banner uses {{WPBannerMeta}}, a meta-template for easily creating and maintaining banners and talk-page notices. Any recently-appearing error or display issue which is not obviously caused by a recent edit to this template is probably due to an error in, or recent update to, Template:WPBannerMeta or one of its subpages. Please report any such errors to Template talk:WPBannerMeta, so that any errors can be fixed for this and other projects. |
This banner has quality assessment enabled using the extended 1.0 assessment scale, but not all necessary categories have been created. This may be because the project does not intend to use some of the grades available. You may hide this message by creating the page Template:WikiProject Soviet Union/hide. Alternatively, custom quality classes may be used (see Template:WPBannerMeta/class for details.)

[edit] Usage
The {{WikiProject Soviet Union}} project banner template should be added (not subst:ed) to the talk page of every article within the scope of the project. While the template does not require any additional parameters, it has optional parameters that add an extra feature to the banner. The full syntax is as follows:
{{WikiProject Soviet Union
|class=
|importance=
}}
- The class parameter is a rating of the article's quality; see the assessment department for more details. Can be NA (not-article), List, Template, Stub, Start, B, GA, A, FA.
- The importance parameter is a rating of the article's importance; see assessment department for details. Can be Low, Mid, High, Top.
