An explanation of what each parameter is. For more information, ask on the talk page.

  1. name — The name of the denomination
  2. image — Any image associated with the denomination (logo)
  3. imagewidth - width of image, default "200px." Recommend under 200px. Used when available image is low-resolution.
  4. imagealttext - alternative text to be displayed describing image.
  5. caption — A caption for the image
  6. main_classification — (Roman-Catholic, Protestant, Eastern-Orthodox, etc.)
  7. orientation — (main theology, i.e. Calvinism, Arminianism, Baptist, etc.)
  8. polity — The appropriate ecclesiastical polity
  9. leader/moderator - The religious leader or moderator of the denomination
  10. leader - The religious leader of the denomination
  11. fellowships – names of distinct fellowships within the denomination
  12. associations — Names of inter-denominational associations the church is part of; eg. International Conference of Reformed Churches
  13. area — Geographical area, eg. North America and Japan
  14. website - Official website
  15. founder — The original founder.
  16. founded_date — Date of founding
  17. founded_place — Location of founding
  18. separated_from — Separation from (denomination)
  19. parent — If the denomination branched off of a parent denomination
  20. merger — If the denomination was the result of a merge
  21. separations — names of denominations that have split off from this denomination
  22. hospitals — number of church-operated hospitals
  23. nursing_homes — number of church-operated nursing homes
  24. aid — name of humanitarian aid organization run by the church, like Adventist Development and Relief Agency
  25. congregations — number of congregations
  26. members — number of members
  27. ministers — number of ministers/priests/pastors/...
  28. missionaries - number of missionaries
  29. temples - number of temples
  30. primary_schools — number of church-operated primary schools
  31. secondary_schools — number of church-operated secondary/high schools
  32. tertiary — number of church-operated tertiary level colleges or universities
  33. other_names — alternative names by which the religion is known
  34. footnotes — any footnotes
