Template documentationThis infobox is intended for herbal drugs, e.g. Opium, or other materials processed from particular parts of plants. Except for "product", all fields are optional.

|plant=(scientific name of the plant, hopefully linked to an article)
|part=(the portions of the plant used for production)
|uses=(purposes for which the product is currently most often used)
|origin=(ideally the geographic origin of the plant species prior to cultivation, or else where it was first introduced)
|producers=(leading modern producer nations or regions)
|consumers=(leading modern consumer nations or regions)
|wholesale=(wholesale price near the source of production)
|retail=(retail price near the consumers)
