Connacht-Ulster was a European Parliament constituency in Ireland between 1979 and 2004. Comprising the historic province of Connacht together with the Ulster counties of Donegal, Cavan, and Monaghan, it returned three MEPs. For the 2004 election County Clare, in Munster, was added to the constituency and it was renamed North-West.

Pat "the Cope" Gallagher was substituted by Seán Ó Neachtain following the 2002 general election.
