Ciceu or Csíkcsicsó (Romanian: Ciceu; Hungarian: Csíkcsicsó) is a commune in Romania, located in Harghita County. The commune comprises two villages:

• Ciaracio/Csaracsó
• Ciceu/Csíkcsicsó

Since 2004 Ciceu (Csíkcsicsó) has formed an independent commune with the village of Ciaracio (Csaracsó) with a population of 2,628. It was formerly part of Siculeni (Madéfalva) commune (see check demographics there for ethnic composition). The commune has an absolute Székely Hungarian majority.
