Begnins is a municipality in the district of Nyon in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland.
It is situated above the medieval town of Nyon between Lake Geneva (Lac Leman) and the Jura Mountains, near the cities of Geneva and Lausanne.
Begnins is home to Phil Collins, the popular British Musician formerly of the band Genesis, and also the multiple Formula I Grand Prix World Champion Jackie Stewart.
Begnins is crossed by the "Toblerone line".
